2011 KAWC ENTRY FORM
First preference for available spots for the 2011 Kraus-Anderson Walleye will be given to teams who competed in the 2010 KAWC. This preference will extend through March 31, 2011. On April 1, 2011 registration will be open to the general public and available spots will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis. All registration forms must be filled out completely, signed and returned with payment to the address below. On-line payment is available through pay-pal. Registration fee for all teams is $480.00 for a team of two. We look forward to seeing you for the 2011 Kraus-Anderson Walleye Classic.
